RM99 was founded with a clear vision: to deliver a safe, fair, and enjoyable online entertainment experience for all Malaysian players. We believe every player deserves the best service, reliable technology, and games that truly bring joy.
Our Story
RM99 started with a simple question asked by a passionate group of individuals in the digital entertainment space: why shouldn't Malaysian players have a platform that truly understands their needs — from language and local payment methods, to preferred game types and responsive customer support?
Answering that question is what gave birth to rm99. We are not just a gaming platform — we are a community built on trust, transparency, and a commitment to the best possible user experience. Every decision we make, from selecting game providers to designing the interface, is made with Malaysian players' convenience and comfort as the top priority.
Today, rm99 has grown into one of Malaysia's most trusted online entertainment platforms — with over 1,000 games, 24/7 Live Casino, a comprehensive Sports Betting platform, and a VIP programme that rewards every member's loyalty. This journey continues, and we are proud to be part of your entertainment experience.

Mission & Vision
To provide a safe, fair, and enjoyable online entertainment platform that truly understands the needs of Malaysian players — in terms of language, payments, games, and support.
To become Malaysia's most trusted number-one online entertainment platform — one that players are proud to use, recommend to friends, and return to every day.
Core Values
We believe player trust is rm99's most valuable asset. Every action we take — from data security to paying out wins — is aimed at strengthening that trust.
No hidden terms, no surprise fees, no ambiguous rules. RM99 is committed to full transparency in all aspects of its operations — including bonus terms, withdrawal processes, and gaming policies.
The online entertainment industry evolves rapidly. rm99 consistently ensures our platform keeps pace and leads the way — from Live Casino video streaming technology to an ever-improving mobile interface.
Every feature, every design decision, and every business choice at rm99 starts with one question: does this benefit our players? If the answer is no, we rethink it.
Why rm99?
Many people ask — with so many online gaming platforms out there, why choose rm99? The simple answer: rm99 was built by Malaysians, for Malaysians. We understand how Malaysian players think, what they value, and what makes a gaming experience truly meaningful and enjoyable.
First and foremost, it comes down to trust. At rm99, all winnings are paid in full and on time. Our withdrawal process is transparent and fast. rm99 VIP members even enjoy express withdrawals processed with the highest priority. This isn't just a promise — it's a track record that has proven itself to hundreds of thousands of players.
Second, convenience. There is no need to learn how to use a crypto wallet or navigate confusing foreign currency exchanges. At rm99, you deposit in Malaysian Ringgit, play in Malaysian Ringgit, and withdraw your wins in Malaysian Ringgit — using the everyday methods you already know, such as DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet.
Third, variety. With over 1,000 games from world-class providers, there is something for everyone at rm99 — whether you are a beginner looking to try video slots for the first time, or a seasoned player seeking a high-limit VIP Baccarat table. rm99's VIP programme also ensures loyal players are rewarded in a way that truly matches their dedication.
Social Responsibility
At rm99, we believe that genuine entertainment must come with responsibility. We recognise that online gaming can deliver incredible excitement, but it can also carry risks if not approached wisely. That is why rm99 invests seriously in our Responsible Gaming programme.
The rm99 platform provides a range of self-control tools you can activate at any time — including daily and weekly deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, temporary self-exclusion, and full self-exclusion options if needed. All tools are available free of charge within your rm99 account panel and can be configured to suit your personal needs.
RM99 also does not permit individuals under the age of 18 to register or play on our platform. Our integrated KYC process ensures age verification is carried out accurately and securely to protect vulnerable individuals. To learn more about our commitment, please visit the Responsible Gaming.
